Can I use the massager if I have sensitive skin? Yes, but proceed with caution. If your skin reacts negatively, reduce the frequency or stop altogether. It’s essential to listen to your skin and avoid overdoing it. A slight reddening of the skin is normal due to increased blood flow. However, if you experience pain, excessive redness, or irritation, you may be applying too much pressure and should stop using.
